PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sucralose is a white powder that is highly soluble in water, ethanol, and methanol. Currently, it is the only functional sweetener produced from sucrose. Its sweetness is 600 times that of sucrose, and its sweetness is pure and similar to sucrose, without any bitter aftertaste. Sucralose is widely used in beverages, tabletop sweeteners, ice cream, baked goods, chewing gum, coffee, dairy products, desserts, juices, gelatin products, puddings, sweet sauces, syrups, soy sauce, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. The United States, Canada, and other countries have already replaced sucrose and other sweeteners in a variety of food products. Sucralose is harmless to teeth, unlike sucrose, fructose, and maltose, which can cause health problems. It also offers a lower price tag than other nutritive sweeteners, which are less sweet than other sweeteners. Sucralose can be consumed by people with obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.
